* `UNICODE_MODE_*` -> `QK_UNICODE_MODE_*`
* `UC_MAC` -> `UNICODE_MODE_MACOS`
* `UC_LNX` -> `UNICODE_MODE_LINUX`
* `UC_WIN` -> `UNICODE_MODE_WINDOWS`
