Keyboard: Add namecard keyboard (#4044)
* create namecard2x4
* create default keymaps
* Update README
* fixed typo and func remove dont need.
* update infomation on readme
* update missed point
* remove explicit initialize
* update default keymap's readme
* add my name to copyright
* change keymap style to LAYOUT macro and fixed typo LAYOUT macro
