[Keymap] idobo:egstad (#10783)
* feat: new keymapping for idobo
* fix: added licenses. converted int to uint8_t where applicable
* fix: addressed zvecr stylistic enhancements
* fix: replaced rgblight_sethsv with rgblight_sethsv_noeeprom
