* add QMK Configurator data for Atlas
* add QMK Configurator data for Pearl
* add QMK Configurator data for Zeus
* add QMK Configurator data for Zeuspad
* physically arrange Zeus layout macro
Moves the keycode for the rotary encoder to the top row.
