mostly done. we still have problems with rebuilding the manual for every host (maybe also every time?)

1. start with minimal configuration.nix enabling documentation.nixos.includeAllModules
2. import stockholm stuff until it breaks (unnecessarily rebuilds the manual)
(maybe it breaks with just nixpkgs)
---- currently it's only active for lass and krebs hosts
was disabled again, cause build times were too long. on every rebuild the manual was rebuild, probably because of defaults which change in every rebuild
