From d7173967087e022d20d1f9c812b1b668e9d3f71b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Stefan Kerkmann Date: Thu, 30 Jun 2022 13:19:27 +0200 Subject: [Core] Add Raspberry Pi RP2040 support (#14877) * Disable RESET keycode because of naming conflicts * Add Pico SDK as submodule * Add RP2040 build support to QMK * Adjust USB endpoint structs for RP2040 * Add RP2040 bootloader and double-tap reset routine * Add generic and pro micro RP2040 boards * Add RP2040 onekey keyboard * Add WS2812 PIO DMA enabled driver and documentation Supports regular and open-drain output configuration. RP2040 GPIOs are sadly not 5V tolerant, so this is a bit use-less or needs extra hardware or you take the risk to fry your hardware. * Adjust SIO Driver for RP2040 * Adjust I2C Driver for RP2040 * Adjust SPI Driver for RP2040 * Add PIO serial driver and documentation * Add general RP2040 documentation * Apply suggestions from code review Co-authored-by: Nick Brassel Co-authored-by: Nick Brassel --- keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h | 17 +++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 17 insertions(+) create mode 100644 keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h (limited to 'keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h') diff --git a/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h new file mode 100644 index 0000000000..f5a122e91b --- /dev/null +++ b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h @@ -0,0 +1,17 @@ +// Copyright 2022 Stefan Kerkmann +// SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0-or-later + +#pragma once + +#include "config_common.h" + +#define PRODUCT Onekey Raspberry Pi RP2040 +#define MATRIX_COL_PINS { GP4 } +#define MATRIX_ROW_PINS { GP5 } +#define DEBUG_MATRIX_SCAN_RATE + +#define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET +#define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET_LED GP25 +#define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET_TIMEOUT 500U + +#define RGB_DI_PIN A1 -- cgit v1.2.3 From 3f5dc472965e6a5b8efe60e33c7b6c2d18d92008 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Stefan Kerkmann Date: Mon, 11 Jul 2022 15:17:05 +0200 Subject: [Core] Use polled waiting on ChibiOS platforms that support it (#17607) * Use polled waiting on platforms that support it Due to context switching overhead waiting a very short amount of time on a sleeping thread is often not accurate and in fact not usable for timing critical usage i.e. in a driver. Thus we use polled waiting for ranges in the us range on platforms that support it instead. The fallback is the thread sleeping mechanism. This includes: * ARM platforms with CYCCNT register (ARMv7, ARMv8) this is incremented at CPU clock frequency * GD32VF103 RISC-V port with CSR_MCYCLE register this is incremented at CPU clock frequency * RP2040 ARMv6 port which uses the integrated timer peripheral which is incremented with a fixed 1MHz frequency * Use wait_us() instead of chSysPolledDelayX ...as it is powered by busy waiting now. * Add chibios waiting methods test bench --- keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h | 9 +++++++-- 1 file changed, 7 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h') diff --git a/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h index f5a122e91b..f4e45a8981 100644 --- a/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h +++ b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h @@ -6,10 +6,15 @@ #include "config_common.h" #define PRODUCT Onekey Raspberry Pi RP2040 -#define MATRIX_COL_PINS { GP4 } -#define MATRIX_ROW_PINS { GP5 } +#define MATRIX_COL_PINS \ + { GP4 } +#define MATRIX_ROW_PINS \ + { GP5 } #define DEBUG_MATRIX_SCAN_RATE +#define QMK_WAITING_TEST_BUSY_PIN GP8 +#define QMK_WAITING_TEST_YIELD_PIN GP9 + #define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET #define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET_LED GP25 #define RP2040_BOOTLOADER_DOUBLE_TAP_RESET_TIMEOUT 500U -- cgit v1.2.3 From cf41c24db853f825150802d30dce73ba507b69c0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ryan Date: Thu, 25 Aug 2022 00:28:38 +1000 Subject: Move keyboard USB IDs and strings to data driven: develop (#18152) * Move keyboard USB IDs and strings to data driven: develop * Also do new onekeys --- keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h | 1 - 1 file changed, 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h') diff --git a/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h index f4e45a8981..c0ef468aa9 100644 --- a/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h +++ b/keyboards/handwired/onekey/rp2040/config.h @@ -5,7 +5,6 @@ #include "config_common.h" -#define PRODUCT Onekey Raspberry Pi RP2040 #define MATRIX_COL_PINS \ { GP4 } #define MATRIX_ROW_PINS \ -- cgit v1.2.3
