[Keyboard] M60 split 5x12 lego pcb (#14383)
* add m60 lego case in split, with stm32f401 and 411
* Update keyboards/mlego/m60_split/m60_split.h
* Update keyboards/mlego/m60_split/rev1/config.h
* Update keyboards/mlego/m60_split/rev2/config.h
* address the moving of enum in keymaps
