COD67 "Support" (#3332)
* preliminary Gray COD67 checkin
* Get part of the switch matrix prepped
* finish switch matrix
* mock the pins and keymap for now
* add keymap fixes
* update readme with flashing instructions
* keymap fix
* Add more flashing and notes info to readme
* remove un needed file
* fix comments
* add QMK Configurator Support
