LOGPFSM*: guard against fi == NULL
The LOGPFSM macros are in such wide use that they should guard against a NULL
fi pointer. In case of NULL, default to subsys = DLGLOBAL, loglevel =
LOGL_ERROR and state = "fi=NULL".
